Homeless Teen Moms

Our 18 months Transitional Living Shelter Program for homeless pregnant and/or parenting teenage mothers ages 20 and under
provides intensive case management, vocational, educational and life skills, family planning and parenting to assist our young
mothers in becoming self-sufficient with little or no support from social services.
