18 months Transitional Living Program, TLP, is a volunteer program for homeless pregnant and/or parenting teenage mothers
ages 20 and under. We provide case management, counseling, vocational, educational and life skills, financial
planning and parenting to assist young mothers in becoming self-sufficient with little or no support from social services.
CINOH TLP is an unique program we accept young mothers who are ready for a change,
mature and willing to work towards independency. We are unable to accept young mothers who are unable to
live independently and who are unable to handle rules.
All residents must enter
into an educational, vocational skills program and/or seek employment; Once financially stable must contribute program fees
(30% of their income); must participant in groups, parenting/life skills training, counseling and community
All residents enter on a volunteer basis and a probationary period.
Young mothers who are unable to make it through our program they may request to re-enter after 30-days with a letter
stating what have changed in their lives since their prior entry. If you are a young mother seeking a second chance
